Shipping Policy

Every artwork is carefully prepared and packaged with the same attention to detail that goes into creating it.

Processing Time

Original artworks are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment has been received. Larger or specially framed pieces may require additional preparation time.

Worldwide Shipping

I ship worldwide using trusted international courier services with tracking - DHL, USPS, Fedex

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 3–5 business days

• United Kingdom: 5 business days

• USA & Canada: 3-5 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 5-7 business days

• Rest of the world: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or local courier services.

Packaging

Each original painting is professionally packaged using high-quality protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

Large works may be shipped in custom-made protective boxes or wooden crates when necessary.

Customs & Import Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import taxes required by their country.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

  • the packaging
  • the shipping label
  • the artwork

I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Returns & Refunds

Each original artwork is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation.

Because of the nature of original fine art, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.

Returns Accepted

Returns may be accepted if:

  • the artwork arrives damaged during shipping;
  • the wrong artwork has been shipped;
  • the artwork significantly differs from its published description.

Return Window

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days.

Condition

Returned artworks must be in their original condition and original packaging whenever possible.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the artwork has been safely received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from my error.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet been prepared for shipment.

Once packaging and shipping preparation have begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Custom commissions and personalized artworks cannot be cancelled after work has started.

No AI-generated images, prints or mass-produced reproductions are sold as originals.

OPTIONAL

Commission Policy

Commissioned artworks are created specifically for each collector. Every painting is created entirely by hand using professional artist-grade materials. Each artwork is unique and exists in a single original version only. My goal is for every collector to receive a piece that will bring lasting emotional value for many years to come. Custom requirements are described explicitly within the comissioned artwork descriptions. Up to 3 alterations are accepted after work in progress videos and photos are shared with the collector. Each alteration postpones the final completion date and will be recalculated indivudually.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Cancellation is accepted within 48 hours upon deposit submission.

Detailed progress updates will be shared during the whole painting process. 

Once approved and completed, commissioned artworks cannot be returned or exchanged.
